Chef Diego Guerrero

Guerrero was born in Vitoria in 1975 and trained as a chef working at the Restaurante El Refor in Amurrio. It is in 2002 when he arrives in Madrid to take over the kitchen of the prestigious Club Allard. In it he develops an original kitchen that is awarded with two Michelin stars. Now he is at the front of the DStage restaurant.
