Mayor of Santander, Spàin, since November 2016.

He is part of the Executive Committee of the party in the region4 and holds the presidency of the Council of Mayors of the Cantabrian PP.

Since December 2016, he is a member of the Governing Board of the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces

She is also president of the Santander Creativa Foundation6 and as mayor of Santander she heads the vice president of the Atlantic Arc Cities Conference.

Before joining the public responsibilities, he was manager of the Association of Young Entrepreneurs of Cantabria.
