Title of the Thesis: The window of opportunity for open government in Spain: an analysis from the local level. Lawyer since 2000, with experience in Public International Law, Administrative Law and European Union Law. I am currently the Director of International Relations and Development Cooperation of the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces.
