Plan and promote the External Action of the Basque Government and the coordination of the delegations. 
It offers support and advice to the Government in matters of external action; the organization of the missions of personalities from abroad in Euskadi, 
as well as the Basque authorities abroad and the development of cross-border and interregional cooperation relations. 

The maintenance of the Basque Government's relations with international organizations and consular bodies are also part of my daily work.
