Born in Badajoz in 1969, she has a degree in Political Science from the Complutense University of Madrid and a Master in Public Administration, in economic policy management from the University of Columbia (New York), with the INAP-Fulbright scholarship.

Belongs to the Superior Body of Civil Administrations of the State. Since joining the AGE, he has worked successively in the Ministry of Culture, the Ministry of Public Administration, the OECD and the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
